About Phoenix Warehouse — 3PL in Jersey City, NJ
Phoenix Warehouse has operated from Jersey City, NJ since 1997 – CBP bonded, rail-accessible, and serving 450+ clients across New Jersey and New York.
Our Story
Phoenix Warehouse started as a transportation and trucking operation. As clients grew, more of them needed warehousing and distribution space that worked alongside their existing freight – so we built it. What started as a single building in Jersey City has grown into over 1,000,000 square feet across two facilities at 201 Port Jersey Blvd and 108 Industrial Drive, both within one mile of Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal.
That growth was organic. Clients needed more space, more services, more EDI connections, more retail compliance support – and we added each one to meet actual demand, not to pad a service list. Twenty-nine years later the core operation is the same: receive inventory accurately, store it securely, fulfill orders correctly, and give clients real-time visibility into all of it.
Our Mission
We run a warehouse that clients can rely on without having to manage it themselves. Accurate receiving, clean inventory records, compliant outbound shipping, and a client portal that shows everything in real time – that is what we are here to do. No surprises, no chasing down answers, no chargeback disputes because something was labeled wrong.
Our Approach
Every client’s workflow is different. Retail suppliers, ecommerce brands, and importers all have different EDI requirements, labeling rules, and carrier preferences. We build all of that into Synapse during onboarding so orders process correctly every time. Staffing and storage scale with your volume, and you have direct portal access to your data without going through an account manager.
Our Transportation Company
Phoenix Warehouse operates alongside All City Leasing & Warehousing, our in-house transportation company. With a fleet of 100 company-owned power units and a carrier partner network, All City handles drayage, LTL and FTL freight, last-mile delivery, and direct-to-store distribution. Having transportation in-house means one point of contact from the time your container arrives at Port Newark to the moment it reaches a retailer’s dock.
What we hold, what we comply with, and what it means for your inventory.
At Phoenix, we back our expertise with official certifications and recognitions that reflect our unwavering commitment to quality, security, and industry compliance.

CBP Bonded Warehouse (acquired 2025)
A CBP-licensed bonded facility is authorized to store imported, dutiable goods for up to 5 years without payment of customs duties. Importers use bonded storage to manage cash flow - goods can arrive, be stored, and be distributed or re-exported before duties are triggered. Phoenix Warehouse received its CBP Bonded Warehouse license in 2025.

Direct NYNJ Rail Access
Our 201 Port Jersey Blvd facility has on-site rail access for direct loading and unloading of rail cars. High-volume importers and distributors use rail as a cost-effective alternative to trucking for large or recurring freight movements - no drayage required between the rail yard and our warehouse.

FDA Registered
Our facilities are registered with the Food and Drug Administration for storage of food-grade products, organic extracts, beverages, and packaged consumer goods meeting FDA ambient temperature storage requirements.

USDA Compliant
Our facilities meet USDA storage standards for applicable product categories. This covers dry food products, food-grade packaging materials, organic extracts, grains, rice, and general consumables stored at ambient temperature. Products requiring refrigerated or frozen storage are outside our scope — both Jersey City facilities are ambient temperature only.
CPAC Compliant
Phoenix Warehouse operates in compliance with CPAC standards across our Jersey City facilities. CPAC compliance covers operational and procedural requirements for warehouse and distribution operations. This is a compliance designation, not a certification - meaning we operate to the standard without holding a third-party issued certificate.

IWLA Member
Phoenix Warehouse is a member of the International Warehouse Logistics Association, the primary trade organization representing third-party warehousing and logistics companies in North America. IWLA membership connects us to industry standards, best practices, and legal and regulatory updates relevant to 3PL operations. Members are held to a code of conduct covering fair business practices, client data handling, and operational standards.
Why Clients Stay With Us
29 years in Jersey City. 450+ active clients. 99.96% order accuracy.
Port Newark - One Mile Away
Both facilities sit within one mile of Port Newark-Elizabeth Marine Terminal. Containers move from port to warehouse without long drayage runs, and goods reach major East Coast markets within one to two days on standard ground.
On-Site Rail Access
Rail cars load and unload directly at 201 Port Jersey Blvd. For high-volume importers and distributors, this is a significant cost advantage over trucking for large recurring freight movements.
1,000,000 Sq Ft, Two Facilities
Public and contract warehousing across two Jersey City locations. Pallet storage, bin storage, bonded zones, and FDA-compliant areas - all managed through Synapse with real-time inventory visibility.
99.96% Order Accuracy
Every outbound order goes through a scan-based quality check before it leaves the building. We maintain 99.96% accuracy across 450+ active clients including retail suppliers to Walmart, Target, Costco, and Amazon.
Our Team
Each Phoenix Warehouse facility is fully staffed and scales to client demand. We adjust labor weekly based on inbound volume, outbound requirements, and active projects – so the right number of people are working your freight at the right time without idle headcount. Staff can shift between facilities when volume requires it.
We are not looking to add headcount to a static operation. The goal is the right people doing the right work on a given week, and that number changes based on what clients actually need.
