Co-Packing
We repackage products into new retail configurations: bundle formats, channel-specific reboxing, or a contract packaging run for a new retailer. Our co-packing services cover the whole process from receipt to finished unit, no minimum order.
Repacking and Reboxing
Products that arrive in bulk, damaged, or non-retail-ready condition get repacked into the right carton, sleeve, or box. Our repacking services cover warehouse repack, retail-ready repacking, and carton replacement, to your spec or the retailer’s routing guide.
Relabeling and Price Ticketing
We apply UPC labeling, retail price ticketing, country-of-origin labels, and FNSKU stickers to individual units or cartons. Standard for importers whose goods arrive without US retail labeling, handled before products move to storage or distribution.
Quality Control Inspections
We inspect inbound or outbound product against your QC checklist: unit counts, condition, packaging integrity, and defect identification. Results are logged in Synapse with timestamps before product goes to storage or ships out.
Palletizing and Shrink Wrapping
We palletize and shrink wrap loads to meet retailer specs, carrier requirements, or routing guide configurations. Our palletizing services include shrink wrapping services, pallet reconfiguration, and pallet wrapping, so every load leaves staged and ready.
Custom Packaging and Inserts
We can pack orders in your branded boxes, add custom inserts, include promotional materials, or apply branded tape. You supply the materials and we follow your instructions on every outbound order.
